Returns & Exchange Policy


We want you to love every purchase you make with us. That’s why we allow parcel opening before payment — to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, please make sure your item meets the following requirements:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags and packaging must remain intact and unaltered.
• Your return or exchange request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Returns / Exchanges are requested only through our email help@solthelabel.net

Sale Items

All discounted or sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed through one of the following methods:
• Bank transfer
• Store credit
 • E-wallet

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Shipping & Processing Fees
• Returns: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• Exchanges: A shipping fee will apply for sending your replacement item.
• Restocking Fee: A 20 EGP processing fee applies to all approved returns. This covers handling, quality inspection, and repackaging.

To avoid extra charges, please make sure the item is returned exactly as received.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Submit your request through our email help@solthelabel.net so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Late Requests

Requests submitted after the 2-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
