Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase you make with us. That's why we allow parcel opening with the shipping carrier before payment — to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery, while the courier is present and the parcel is being opened for inspection. Once the courier has left, the order is considered final and accepted, and no return or exchange can be processed — except in the following two cases:

1. Size Exchange — If the item doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange after delivery. This will be accepted if the needed size is available in stock. If it isn't available, no exchange or refund will be issued in its place.
2. Defective Items — If the item is defective, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for either exception, please make sure your item meets the following requirements: • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. • All tags and packaging must remain intact and unaltered.

Sale Items

All discounted or sale purchases are final after payment and delivery. No returns or exchanges are available on sale items, under any circumstance — including size or defect issues.

Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed through one of the following methods: • Bank transfer • Store credit • E-wallet

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping & Processing Fees

• Returns: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. • Exchanges: A shipping fee will apply for sending your replacement item. • Restocking Fee: A 20 EGP processing fee applies to all approved returns. This covers handling, quality inspection, and repackaging.

To avoid extra charges, please make sure the item is returned exactly as received.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at help@solthelabel.net so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Late Requests

Requests submitted after the courier has left (outside of the size-exchange or defect exceptions above) will unfortunately not be accepted.
